As is the case with our pillow block bearings and ball bearings, our roller chain parts are tested prior to shipment to insure quality. The roller chain parts and roller chains we supply are pre-stretched to insure you have limited sag. It also comes with solid rollers, ensuring that it is of the highest quality.

Paver Chain 

As its name indicates, the paver chain is especially designed for road pavers. Similar roller chains for EPT types of engineering vehicles are also available.

The engineering class chain is designed in double strand chain structure, and has a scraper welded between the two strands of chains. For firm welding, the involved sidebars are punched with location holes, and then a hydraulic press is utilized to press the scraper into the hole before welding. Made of carton steel undergone heat treatment, the scraper offers higher strength and better wearing resistance. To minimize the gap between the chain and the involving road construction equipment, a surface grinding machine is applied to create great smoothness for scraper surfaces.
