Energy-Saving Grinding Ball Mill with Adjustable Finess to Your Requirement
Description of Grid Ball Mill
Mill is the key equipment for grinding materials to get the product as per the requirement of process, used widely in electric, ferrous (non-ferrous) metal, nonmetal mining, chemical & building material industries.
Mill could be sorted as following:
As per the grinding media:ball mill, rod mill and AG mill (without grinding media)
As per material discharging mode: wet grid mill, dry grid mill & overflow mill.
As per driving mode:side & central driving. The former is more popular now.
As per driving configuration:
a. Asynchronous motor driving: Asynchronous motor + Reducer + Pinion + Girth gear
b. Synchronous motor driving: Synchronous motor + Air clutch +Pinion + Girth gear
c. Asynchronous motor + reducer +diaphragm coupling
- Main bearing, adopting slide bearing, rolling bearing or sliding-shoe-bearing as per requirement.
- Liner, adopting wear-resistant metal liner, rubber liner, magnetic liner and alumina liner (high aluminum lining brick).
- Following items as per options: inching driving device, high & low pressure lubrication station, spraying lubrication device of gear, jacking device & PLC control system.
Features:
The cylindrical mill adopts the driving type of edge-driving, center-driving, edge-driving with multi-point meshing, etc; driven by asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion and gear as well as synchronous motor + air clutch + pinion and gear;
Generally supported by static-dynamic pressure bearings on both ends. Fully closed selfaligning 120°osculation rocker bearing is used. Also single or double slipper static-dynamic bearings can be used. The bush is made by NC machine;
The large open gear is designed using AGMA standard, equipped with reliably sealed gear housing and grease automatic spraying lubrication system;
The shell is key part of a mill. Carry out finite element analysis on it with computer to ensure the reliable operation;
The shell is automatically welded, ultrasonic inspected, wholly annealed and machined by large special machine tools on one chucking; There are special seal on static-dynamic connection parts;
Such as feed and discharge hopper, tunnion, etc, to prevent oil and slurry leakage; The liner is of wear-resistance material made by our company, which has been specially heat-treated, with high hardness and long service life. Also other wear-resistance casting or rubber liner can be used;
There are slow speed drive for medium and large mill;
The high and low pressure lubricating station is equipped for medium and large mill; The control and protection system is controlled by PLC.
